These awards recognise innovative programs with demonstrable benefits, particularly real-life impact on patients, health service provision and the community, using sustainable approaches that can be translated to other health services.

Award categories have been expanded!

In 2010/2011 the awards underwent a significant review to highlight clinical excellence and to support and promote greater collaboration and service excellence across the group. Following evaluation of the 2011 Awards, the 2012 Awards have been expanded to recognise quality, innovation and improvement across the SVHA four Key Result Areas:
