St Vincent's Health Australia is more than a health and aged care provider. Every year, our services reach out to the local, national and international community to further our Mission of hope and healing. We work for the common good of all in need. Through our services we reach out particularly to those experiencing homelessness, those with mental health needs, Indigenous communities, refugees and asylum seekers, the financially disadvantaged, those in rural and regional communities, those experiencing natural disasters and communities in Papua New Guinea, Timor Leste and the Pacific.

Sarah - St Vincent's & Mater Private Hospitals SydneyI first came to the Mater as a student nurse and loved it. As a relatively new graduate nurse I had alot to learn. Since then I've been rotated through a variety of specialities. During a rotation in the Maternity Unit I decided to specialise in Midwifery. Since working at the Mater I have worked with some great mentors and inspiring nurses.
